The Club needs the support of all parents for the canteen this season.  

Managers may organise to swap duty days with other teams if that's essential, but please arrange it and let someone from the committee know well in advance.

This season we are asking each team to do canteen duty for one whole day throughout the season.  We would like each Manager to work out a roster for your allocated canteen day and send a copy to or hand it to Nicole or Rachael Mayne so that we know who should be on canteen each week.  We suggest that you ask the parents in your team to nominate a two hour period that they will be available.  You need to supply three helpers for each time slot - one for the BBQ and two to serve.

We would like to ask if everyone shares the load on these nine weekends of the year, many hands will indeed make light work. Remember: no help - no canteen. We depend on the canteen takings help us keep rego fees low, and they directly fund the junior trophies and presentation day.
