The sun was shining bright as our Under 6 team took to the field (all of us parents thought we were going to be in for a cold morning!) to play against the Engadine Eagles.  Our team - Bailey, Jonah, Matia, Georgia & Isabella - had all played together last season (except for Isabella who was about to play her first game – and a great game she had!).  We were not scared off at all by the Eagles team which consisted of all boys!

There was lots of running to be had by Bailey & Isabella, and some great tackles made by Matia, Jonah & Georgia.  There were lots of goals scored and Bundeena were the eventual winners 4-3.  A great start to the season! … and I am sure we will only get better as the season goes on. Next week we will have Liam on board which will make our team even stronger!
