Registrations for the 2008 season are being accepted by both postal mail and email by following the process below.

To register perform the following steps

• Download and print the following application form  SSFA_2008_Soccer_Rego_Form.pdf
  
  
• Fill in the required details in the application form.
  
  
• Mail the completed application along with  payment to

  Payments by cheque or money order and should be made out to

• Scanned applications can alternatively be emailed to
  
  
• Payments can alternatively be sent by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the following account

  Please include your name in payment reference
  

First time players will also be contacted by the Club Registrar to

• Have proof of birth sighted (Birth Certificate, Drivers License or Passport)
• Have proof of residency sighted
  
• Complete Football Federation of Australia application form
• Have photo taken (13 year olds and older only)
  

2008 Registration Fees

* Student Rate- Applies to students with no full time employment= $140. Student card required.

If you do not pay two weeks prior to the start of the season (March 14th) your card will not be printed by the Association and you will miss out on the first round.
